Shipping Your Order

- Processing: Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require a little extra time.
- Shipping: Delivery generally takes 7-14 business days.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email. Check out our Track Your Order page for details.
PLEASE NOTE: GIVEN THE ABOVE TIMELINES, ORDERS WILL NOT BE DELIVERED IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. WE WILL NOT BE ISSUING REFUNDS FOR SUCH CLAIMS.

After Your Delivery

- Wrong Product: If an item is damaged in transit, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost. If the replacement is also defective, we’ll issue a full refund.
- Lost Package: In the event of a lost package, we’ll send a replacement right away before beginning our return and refund process.
- Import Duties: Occasionally, customs may charge a small import duty for international orders. If this happens, please reach out to us.
